Born in California and raised in Charlotte, Kai is a graduate of East Carolina University where he majored in Finance and Management. Tech-savvy and entrepreneurial, Kai interned with the Kaminsky Team in San Francisco prior to joining a major brand in Charlotte. Happy to be at Coldwell Banker, Kai is negotiating great deals for his clients, who very much appreciate his energy and professionalism.
